Question 1

How accurate is the Wedding Forecast?

Accepted Answer

The astronomy is exact. The sun's position, altitude, and azimuth at your venue on your wedding day are mathematical certainties: no model, no margin. The weather context is drawn from thirty years of records for that exact calendar day at your venue's coordinates — the long pattern of what your venue tends to do, not a day-of forecast.

Question 2

When is the Wedding Forecast delivered?

Accepted Answer

Within minutes of payment. Your PDF is generated, attached to an email, and arrives before the kettle's boiled. If anything goes wrong, we'll spot it and write to you the same day.

Question 3

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Once your report has been generated for your venue and date, the work is done. If anything in it is wrong, write to hello@weddingforecast.co.uk and we'll refund you in full.

Question 4

What if it's cloudy on the wedding day?

Accepted Answer

The sun is still where it is. Your report tells you where the sun would be, which is exactly what your photographer needs to plan around any cloud cover. The recommendations page helps you think through contingencies for cloud and rain.

Question 5

Can I give a Wedding Forecast as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many do. Order with the recipients' details, or get in touch and we'll prepare a printable gift voucher for them to redeem in their own time.
